About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Health & Safety professional to join our team in a newly created role. This is an exciting opportunity to build structure, strengthen capability, and make a meaningful impact across our organisation.

In this role you will work closely with leaders across the business to ensure safe client site operations, effective injury management, and a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive site safety assessments at client locations
  • Identify risks and implement practical control measures
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation
  • Manage internal workers compensation processes end-to-end
  • Coordinate return-to-work programs and rehabilitation plans
  • Liaise with insurers, medical providers, and key stakeholders
  • Train, coach, and develop leaders to strengthen safety capability
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety systems and practices

About You

You are a confident safety professional who can operate both strategically and operationally. You are comfortable influencing leaders and managing sensitive workers compensation matters with professionalism and care.

You will bring:

  • Experience in health & safety management
  • Strong knowledge of workers compensation and injury management processes
  • Experience conducting safety audits or site assessments
  • Demonstrated ability to train and develop leaders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Relevant qualifications in WHS, Safety, HR, or a related field will be highly regarded.
