ChoiceOne are currently seeking skilled, experienced people for the Waste and Fleet Division with a local council south of the river.
Locations vary as does skill level, experience is a must as well as drivers’ licence and vehicle.
This role could be ongoing with the opportunity for a permanent position.
About the role:
- Open and close recycling centre for public access
- Load and transport full bins from Recycling Centre to landfill site
- Oversee recycling centre operations
- Undertake cleaning and maintenance of equipment
- Removal of city owned bins on public places across the city
- Administration duties, complete timesheets and inspection sheets, report any malfunctions or faults, maintain logbook for truck
- HR driver’s licence and vehicle
- White Card
- Experience in driving trucks with road ranger gearbox
- Pass drug and alcohol screening
- National Police Clearance
- Must be available weekends
- Backhoe Ticket
- Front-End loader tickets
