We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with strong leadership skills and hands-on capability to manage daily warehouse operations in a busy distribution environment. This role suits a proactive supervisor who values safety, organisation, staff leadership, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of 5–8 warehouse staff
- Oversee picking of orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with and supervise daily loading of delivery trucks
- Maintain high standards of warehouse organisation and presentation
- Ensure all products are stored, handled, and dispatched in clean, pristine condition
- Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained at all times
- Provide clear instruction and leadership in a positive, professional manner
- Enforce Work Health & Safety (WHS) policies and procedures
- Ensure correct PPE compliance for all staff, visitors, and retail personnel
- Identify and implement storage, workflow, and efficiency improvements
- Report directly to Senior Management
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, supervision, or management
- Proven ability to lead, instruct, and motivate staff
- Sound understanding of HR regulations and workplace practices
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Punctual, well-presented, and highly organised
- Enthusiastic and goal-oriented with a hands-on approach
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling and lifting
- Current Forklift Licence
- Current HR Driver’s Licence (desirable)
- Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
- Strong knowledge of WHS and PPE requirements
- Fit and healthy for physical warehouse duties
- $45 per hour + penalties
- Stable Monday to Friday hours (7:00am–4:00pm)
