Supporting the Operations Manager – the Team Leader will be required to lead and support the ISO Container Tank Services team in all areas of the depot, whilst ensuring that the depot’s processes are compliant with best practice procedures.
Being a hands-on & very physical role, you are responsible for overall supervision and direction of all operational production team members within Tank Services. With the ability to understand and manage the technical component of the role, your role makes up part of the depot’s leadership team. This role is designed for a high energy, committed and motivated self-starter who has the desire to make a difference.
You will have strong operational and communication skills and the ability to lead your team to success. This integral role will play a major part in driving the agenda of operational excellence, process improvement, cost efficiency, quality, and increased throughput productivity.
The Team Leader is responsible for all aspects of maintenance, including: cleaning, repairs, modifications, storage, the safe and efficient running of plant and equipment and welfare for all depot operators, as well as managing third party independent certification.

Your skills and experience will include
- Previous knowledge and experience with ITCO Standard, ISO Containers or Tank Services will be viewed very favourably
- Experience leading, coaching and/or developing a team
- Experience working in a high paced work environment
- Mechanical or Industrial Services experience i.e. Basic Welding, High Pressure Jetting or Vacuum Loading
- Leadership and change management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Safety mindset in all facets of work
- Strong computer skills
