About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing healthcare recruitment team, specialising in Nursing, Aged Care, and Disability Support placements.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the candidate side of recruitment. Sourcing, engaging, screening, and nurturing high-quality healthcare talent, without the pressure of business development or sales responsibilities.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting exceptional healthcare professionals across Australia while delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates across nursing, aged care, disability support, and youth work
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Manage candidate onboarding, compliance checks, and credential verification
• Write and post engaging job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within CRM and ATS systems
• Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals and passive candidates
• Deliver a positive, professional, and supportive recruitment experience from initial contact through placement
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to meet workforce demands and recruitment targets
• Stay informed on healthcare market trends, awards, compliance requirements, and workforce challenges
