ChoiceOne Recruitment is seeking qualified and experienced Support Workers with at least 12 months’ experience to join our growing casual workforce across Perth metro.

About the Role
As a Support Worker with ChoiceOne, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in community and disability settings. This role involves supporting clients with both daily living activities and complex care needs, while maintaining dignity, safety, and respect at all times.
Shifts are available across a range of Perth metro locations, offering flexibility and opportunities for ongoing placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal care (showering, dressing, hygiene support)
- Hoisting and safe manual handling (sling hoists, slide sheets, transfers)
- Assisting with activities of daily living
- Medication administration
- Dysphagia management and PEG feeding
- Catheter and stoma care
- Tracheostomy care
- Epilepsy management
- Diabetes management
- Accurate progress notes and record keeping
- Shift handovers and communication with incoming supports
Minimum Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support OR relevant equivalent (essential)
- Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Support Worker
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check(or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Clearance(issued within the last 12 months or willing to obtain)
- Current Driver’s Licence with own vehicle and comprehensive insurance
- Current Manual Handling and Basic Life Support certification
