About the Role
Following a recent major organisational restructure, our client is urgently seeking an experienced Business Performance and Strategy Advisor to help optimise and enhance performance across the organisation. This is a pivotal opportunity for a strategic thinker who can influence change, drive collaboration, and shift the organisation from a reactive to proactive culture.
The focus of this role is on enabling strategic improvements that deliver effectiveness, accountability, and stronger connection across teams, ensuring the organisation is well-positioned to meet its strategic objectives and community expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of business improvement strategies that enhance organisational performance.
- Analyse performance trends and identify opportunities for optimisation aligned with strategic objectives.
- Strengthen collaboration, connectivity, and proactive work design across departments.
- Provide high-level insights and performance reporting to support executive decision-making.
- Partner with leaders to embed a culture of performance excellence and innovation.
- Manage and monitor strategic projects, ensuring measurable outcomes.
You are a confident communicator and strategic advisor who thrives on influencing positive change and delivering results through people, process, and organisational improvement.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Proven experience leading strategic business improvement or organisational performance initiatives.
- Strong understanding of corporate planning, performance, and reporting frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- High-level stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or substantial experience in business performance, strategy, or related disciplines.
