We are supporting our client in their search for a Service Team Leader for their expanding operations in the Pilbara.
This role will see you working closely with clients and operations leaders to deliver quality services and support, field supervision, coaching and leadership of support workers.
You will be required to
- Manage participant records in line with NDIS standards and code of conduct.
- Lead and coach a support worker team
- Review and matching support workers with the participants
- Attend meetings, manage delivery stakeholders and work closely with the team to deliver patient centered outcomes
- Take ownership and responsibility for the houses and participants under your care
We are looking for someone who;
- Is able to lead and coach a team
- Has excellent organisation skills and the ability to think strategically
- Is comfortable with and manages change well
- Brings are professional and approachable style to their work
- WWCC & National Criminal History Check – within 12 months
- Full Australian work rights
- Full unrestricted drivers licence
- NDIS check
