SERVICE DELIVERY LEAD – NDIS DISABILITY SERVICES

Perth, WA | $130K–$150K + Super

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Lead to join a respected NDIS disability services provider in Perth.

This senior operational leadership role will oversee SIL and community-based services across multiple sites in the Southern Region, with responsibility for service delivery, clinical governance, NDIS compliance, team performance and positive participant outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead SIL and community service delivery across multiple locations
• Oversee clinical governance, care planning, risk and incident management
• Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams
• Drive service quality, continuous improvement and operational performance
• Build strong relationships with participants, families and key stakeholders

ABOUT YOU

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• 4+ years’ leadership experience within disability, community or aged care services
• Strong NDIS and SIL knowledge and experience
• Experience in clinical governance, quality and compliance
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• First Aid & CPR certification
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence

HIGHLY REGARDED

Experience managing multiple SIL homes or service portfolios and leading multidisciplinary teams.
