Service Delivery Lead – NDIS Disability Services
About the Role:
We are partnering with a respected NDIS disability services provider in Perth to recruit an experienced Service Delivery Lead.
This is a senior leadership role overseeing Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community-based services, with responsibility for clinical governance, operational leadership, team development, and NDIS compliance.
You will play a key role in driving service quality, strengthening teams, and ensuring positive participant outcomes across multiple services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SIL and community service delivery across multiple sites
  • Oversee clinical governance including care planning, risk, and incident management
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and regulatory requirements
  • Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams
  • Drive continuous improvement and service quality initiatives
  • Monitor performance and implement operational improvements
About You:
  • Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse)
  • 4+ years of leadership experience in community or disability services
  • Leadership experience in disability, community, or aged care services
  • Strong understanding of NDIS and SIL frameworks
  • Experience in clinical governance, quality, and compliance
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
Highly Regarded:
  • Experience managing multiple SIL homes or service portfolios
  • Strong operational improvement background
  • Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams
  • Tertiary qualification in Nursing or related field
