Senior Finance Officer (NDIS)

- Competitive salary of $90K–$100K + Super, with ongoing development opportunities
- Manage and forecast budgets, track expenditure, and prepare financial reports
- Reconcile financial transactions, petty cash, and participant accounts
- Process and approve invoices using ShiftCare and Xero
- Monitor participant shifts to ensure compliance with required ratios
- Provide insights to management and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Experience in financial administration, bookkeeping, or NDIS finance
- Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- NDIS Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
