We are seeking candidates at graduate, senior engineering, and supervisory levels who are looking to make a tangible impact.
1. Graduate Service Delivery Engineer
$48-$56/ph (inclusive casual loading)
Entry-Level | Civil Engineering
Kick-start your career in a hands-on environment supporting the delivery and maintenance of civil infrastructure assets including roads, parks, and facilities.
Key focus areas:
- Supporting maintenance programs and service delivery
- Asset inspections, reporting, and data analysis
- Assisting with planning, projects, and process improvements
- Working closely with operational teams and contractors
- Civil Engineering degree (recent or soon to graduate)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Interest in infrastructure, maintenance, or local government
- Driver’s licence required
2. Senior Drainage Engineer
$68-$85/ph (inclusive casual loading)
Senior Technical Role | Design & Infrastructure
A key position responsible for delivering drainage design and assessment across capital works and development projects.
Key focus areas:
- Drainage design, hydrology, and modelling
- Preparation of drawings (AutoCAD/Civil 3D) and documentation
- Subdivision and development assessments
- Cost estimating, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
- Civil Engineering qualification
- Strong experience in drainage and road design
- Knowledge of Australian standards and design guidelines
- Advanced design software capability
- Ability to work autonomously and provide technical guidance
3. Supervisor Civils – Asphalt, Concrete & Bridges
$53-$61/ph (inclusive casual loading)
Leadership Role | Operations & Delivery
Lead frontline teams delivering civil construction and maintenance works across key infrastructure assets.
Key focus areas:
- Supervising crews and managing daily operations
- Planning and scheduling works programs
- Contractor management and site coordination
- Driving safety, quality, and performance outcomes
- Budget and resource management
- Strong experience in civil construction and maintenance
- Proven leadership and team supervision experience
- Contractor management and operational delivery
- Relevant tickets/licences (HR licence, White Card, etc.)
