About the Role
This role will see you working on a wide range of matters, including:
- General commercial transactions
- Corporate structuring and transactions
- Wills, estate planning, and succession

- Joint ventures and private business matters
- General commercial contracting
About You
You will bring a minimum of 7 years post-admission experience , i deally gained in a reputable commercial or corporate practice, and will demonstrate:
- Strong drafting and technical legal skills
- A commercial, client-focused approach
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Sound experience in both corporate and commercial law
- A strong understanding of the Corporations Act
- Proven ability to manage client relationships independently
