In this role, you’ll work directly with clients , supervise junior staff, and help deliver financial services that make a tangible difference.

• Producing monthly management reports, including grant reporting

• Presenting financials at board meetings

• Preparing acquittal reports for funding bodies

• Supervising and mentoring team members, including junior accountants and bookkeepers

• Managing payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and reconciliations

• Preparing client budgets and providing business advice

• Lodging IAS/BAS and STP

• Maintaining strong client relationships and responding promptly to enquiries

• Liaising with external parties such as auditors, funding bodies, suppliers, and bankers

• Contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the organisation

• 7–10 years’ accounting experience
• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience in the not-for-profit sector , managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of grant reporting and compliance
• Proficiency in QBO, Reckon, MYOB, or Xero
• Excellent communication, client service, and leadership skills
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach
