Reporting to the Manager, You Will:

• Produce monthly management reports and project reporting for clients

• Present financial information to client stakeholders and boards

• Complete acquittal and compliance reporting for funding and regulatory bodies

• Supervise and mentor junior accountants and bookkeepers

• Manage payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and reconciliations for client entities

• Prepare client budgets and provide practical business advice

• Lodge IAS/BAS and manage STP obligations

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with prompt service

• Liaise with auditors, funding bodies, suppliers, and banks

• Contribute to the foundation’s continued growth and community-focused mission

What You Bring

• 7–10 years of accounting experience

• CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent)

• Experience managing multiple client accounts (NFP experience valued)

• Strong knowledge of grant, compliance, and project reporting

• Proficiency in QBO, Reckon, MYOB, or Xero

• Excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset

• A proactive, collaborative, and positive approach

• Strong ability to manage competing priorities across multiple clients
