Reporting to the Manager, You Will:
-
Produce monthly management reports and project reporting for clients
-
Present financial information to client stakeholders and boards
-
Complete acquittal and compliance reporting for funding and regulatory bodies
-
Supervise and mentor junior accountants and bookkeepers
-
Manage payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and reconciliations for client entities
-
Prepare client budgets and provide practical business advice
-
Lodge IAS/BAS and manage STP obligations
-
Build and maintain strong client relationships with prompt service
-
Liaise with auditors, funding bodies, suppliers, and banks
-
Contribute to the foundation’s continued growth and community-focused mission
What You Bring
-
7–10 years of accounting experience
-
CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent)
-
Experience managing multiple client accounts (NFP experience valued)
-
Strong knowledge of grant, compliance, and project reporting
-
Proficiency in QBO, Reckon, MYOB, or Xero
-
Excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset
-
A proactive, collaborative, and positive approach
-
Strong ability to manage competing priorities across multiple clients
