About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Roof Plumber Team Leader to join our growing team in the Perth metropolitan area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who can take ownership of projects, lead a crew effectively, and maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism.

The successful candidate will be capable of running their own team with minimal supervision, allowing the current manager to step back from day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of roof plumbers, apprentices, and trade assistants.
• Plan and coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Mentor and train apprentices and junior team members.
• Communicate effectively with management, clients, suppliers, and team members.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality workmanship, productivity, and workplace safety.
• Take ownership of projects and represent the company professionally at all times.

About You

• Qualified and experienced Roof Plumber.
• Proven experience leading teams and supervising roofing projects.
• Able to work independently without ongoing guidance or supervision.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to teach and develop apprentices and trade assistants.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable, proactive, and takes pride in their work.
• Someone who treats the business as if it were their own and is invested in its success.
