We’re looking for experienced Road Maintenance Labourers to join a local council works team. This is hands-on, physical work with steady hours, good crew culture, and real variety day to day. What’s in it for you:

- Operating small plant and trucks (where licensed)
- Using tools like plate compactors, jackhammers, concrete/bitumen cutters
- Working as part of a council crew to get jobs done safely and on time
- Previous road maintenance, civil labouring or construction experience
- Experience with asphalt works (highly regarded)
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- HR WA Drivers License
- White Card
- Reliable, physically fit and happy working outdoors
