About the Role
ChoiceOne Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with Haemodialysis experience to join a leading provider of specialised community healthcare services in Perth.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within a haemodialysis setting, while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
You will also support clinic operations through involvement in clinical care, education, and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective care within a haemodialysis clinical environment
- Participate in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records, including clinical systems (e.g. TDMS
- Ensure compliance with privacy, safety, and AHPRA standards
- Support patient and staff education where required
- Contribute to a safe and positive clinical environment
- Report incidents, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Complete mandatory competencies and ongoing professional development
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong clinical skills (dialysis/nephrology experience highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
- Understanding of quality improvement and risk management
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in haemodialysis or nephrology nursing
- Passion for continuous improvement and patient care excellence
