What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to the Manager Safety & Risk within the People, Culture & Brand team, you'll be the go-to expert for enterprise risk and business continuity across the organisation.
- Leading and embedding enterprise risk management and business continuity initiatives
- Maintaining and reviewing risk registers across multiple business units
- Facilitating engaging risk workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Developing and improving risk frameworks, policies, and reporting
- Coordinating business continuity planning and emergency response activities
- Delivering risk analysis and reporting to leadership and key stakeholders
- Supporting a positive, proactive risk culture through training and education
- Driving continuous improvement across governance and operational risk functions
- Attending various organisational sites across the Perth metropolitan area
What We're Looking For
- Successful experience in a similar position with in-depth knowledge of risk and business continuity management practice
- Tertiary level qualification in risk management or a related discipline
- Solid understanding of enterprise risk management and business continuity frameworks
- Confidence facilitating workshops and communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong written communication and organisational skills
- Experience with risk platforms such as CAMMS, Protecht, RiskMan, or similar is a bonus
- A current WA Driver's Licence and reliable mode of transport
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance
- Ability to work nights and weekends during a crisis event
