Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough client assessments and deliver personalised nursing care
- Evaluate new participants to determine care needs
- Develop individualised support plans and nursing assessments
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations
- Minimum 12 months of paid nursing experience
- Current AHPRA Registration and Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills
- National Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months) or willingness to obtain
- Current COVID-19 and flu vaccinations
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- 100 points of ID for verification
- Flexible Monday to Friday working hours
- Above Award wage rates
