 About the Role:

• Work within residential aged care homes or community care settings

• Provide nursing care that supports quality of life and independence

• Assist with chronic condition management, medication administration, and health assessments

 Who You Are:

• Empathetic, patient, and genuinely care for the elderly

• Reliable and calm under pressure

• Strong advocate for resident dignity and holistic care

• A team player with great communication skills

• Confident in managing clinical needs in an aged care setting

 What You’ll Need:

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse

• At least 6 months of experience in aged care or similar field

• Skilled in wound care, chronic disease management, and palliative support

• Knowledge of aged care standards and infection control

• Great documentation and care planning skills
