- You have prior recruitment experience in either Nursing, Aged care or Disability or even better in all three areas

- You have a history of going above and beyond expectations and have a proven history of creating lasting relationships

- You thrive operating in a fast-paced and energetic environment w here your organisational skills and customer / client focus is at the forefront.
