About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and develop strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Consulting with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates to assess their skills, experience and suitability for vacancies.
- Preparing and posting job advertisements across appropriate recruitment platforms.
- Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to offer, placement and post-placement support.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Conducting reference checks, coordinating interviews and negotiating employment offers.
- Maintaining accurate candidate and client records within the recruitment database and ensuring compliance with company processes.
- Identifying business development opportunities and contributing to the growth of your recruitment desk.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Marketing or a related discipline (or equivalent relevant experience).
- At least one year of experience in recruitment, sales, customer service or account management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong customer focus.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
