- Conduct visual and physical inspections of incoming materials
- Inspect internally and externally manufactured products at various stages of production
- Complete final inspections of finished goods
- Calibrate measuring equipment and maintain registers
- Record and maintain Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Liaise with the Operations Manager on investigations and corrective actions
- Support efficient workflow through the manufacturing cycle
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
- Adhere to company policies and health & safety procedures
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering workshop environment
- Experience with inspection processes and measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Understanding of quality systems and reporting procedures
- Positive team attitude with ability to work independently
- Strong safety focus
