About The Role
Due to ongoing demand, ChoiceOne is seeking an experienced Public Sector Recruitment Advisor to join our busy specialist team.
Our team delivers leading recruitment solutions to state government departments, guiding them through each stage of their selection processes. In this role, you will:
- Manage/Handle the job process from beginning to end including shortlisting, attending interviews, referee checks and candidate feedback.
- Design and facilitate assessment and selection processes, including interviews and written tasks.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing expert advice and exceptional service.
- Ensure all recruitment processes align with State Government regulations and internal policies.
- Accurately manage all recruitment-related documentation and maintain up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
