We are currently seeking an experienced project administrator to join a growing team. This is an initial full-time hour, temporary contract.
You’ll play a key role in supporting contract administration and project delivery across multiple projects in both delivery and design phases, working closely with process engineers alongside site administrator. This includes managing contractual documentation, purchase order workflows, approvals, and compliance tracking.
The Role:
In this varied role, you will provide essential administrative and project support across multiple projects in both delivery and design phases.
You’ll assist the team in the CBD Perth based office with a variety of roles including documentation control, purchase order assistance and inbox management, approvals and sign offs.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer contract documentation, variations, and supporting records across project phases
- Raising and tracking purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Maintain project documentation and maintaining clear, up-to-date records
- Coordinating approvals and sign offs across shared inboxes and stakeholders
- Supporting contract administration tasks across both projects
- Assisting senior leadership, including direct support to the CEO when required
- Contributing to project coordination, reporting and general team support.
What we are looking for:
- Must have 3-4 years’ experience in a Project Administrator / Project Support / Contract Admin role
- Strong organisational skills and confidence managing high levels of documentation
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Experience in industries such as mining, oil & gas, infrastructure, shipbuilding, or coatings (Highly advantageous, not essential)
- A professional, reliable approach with a high level of integrity and discretion
- Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office and business systems
