Our client is a well-established manufacturing company based in Welshpool, proudly supplying high-quality products to the mining industry. With a busy and safety-focused facility, they are now looking to expand their team with Production Operators / CNC Machinists and people able to do spot, tack and stick welding.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to a safe, efficient, and productive manufacturing environment. As a CNC Machinist, you’ll be responsible for the precise and timely completion of machining tasks, ensuring quality and safety at every step.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Operating CNC machines with Fanuc software.

Performing routine preventative maintenance
-
Ensuring documentation accuracy
-
Keeping machines clean, serviced, and in optimal working condition
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Previous experience in a CNC Machinist role or Mechanical or Welding experience.

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
-
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently or in a team

Computer literacy
-
Full working rights in Australia

Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical (PEM) and Drug & Alcohol Screen (DAS)
