Expression of Interest – Process Operators (Fixed Plant)
FIFO | Western Australia | Multiple Mine Sites
We are seeking experienced Fixed Plant Process Operators to submit an Expression of Interest for upcoming opportunities across various mine sites throughout Western Australia. As new projects and site requirements arise, we are looking to connect with skilled operators who are available for future FIFO roles.
About the Roles
Positions may include fixed plant operations, crushing, screening and conveying, processing across multiple commodities (iron ore, gold, lithium, nickel, etc.), control room operations and ROM pad/load-out. Rosters may vary depending on site needs (e.g., 2/1, 8/6, 2/2).
Key Responsibilities
• Safe and efficient operation of fixed plant equipment
• Monitoring plant performance and identifying issues
• Conducting basic maintenance and inspections
• Working collaboratively with production and maintenance teams
• Following all safety procedures and site policies
About You
• Experience as a Fixed Plant Process Operator
• Background in processing, crushing, milling, screening or similar operations
• Strong safety focus and ability to follow procedures
• Flexibility to work FIFO on varying rosters
• Valid C-Class Driver’s Licence
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol testing
Tickets such as Loader, Forklift or Working at Heights are beneficial.
