Are you an experienced accounts payable officer looking for a consistent part-time opportunity, with guaranteed hours within a permanent role?
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our client’s team on a part-time basis. This role will be working within a very well-established company operating in the mining sector since 1978, specialising in the manufacture of components for drill rigs utilised across Africa, South America, North America, Europe, Asia and Australasia.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Matching, batching, and coding invoices
- Supplier reconciliations and query resolution
- Complete bank reconciliation
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting the finance team with general administrative tasks
- Assisting payroll officer
About You
- 3 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite (intermediate skills sufficient)
- Experience with Pronto ERP (highly regarded but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience within the mining or manufacturing sectors (highly desirable but not essential)

Initially, you will be employed and paid through ChoiceOne, including weekly timesheet submission, before transitioning to a full-time employee of the company.
