Parks & Gardens Labourer

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Parks & Gardens Labourer to join a local government team on a temporary basis.

? $42 per hour
? Gosnells
? 9-day fortnight
? Parks & Gardens / Horticulture

The Role

You’ll be working as part of a council team carrying out general parks and gardens maintenance across the Gosnells area.

Duties include:

• Mowing and whipper snipping
• Pruning and general garden maintenance
• Weeding and mulching
• Planting and maintaining gardens
• General parks and grounds maintenance
• Using hand tools and basic machinery
• General labouring duties

What We’re Looking For

• Previous landscaping, gardening or parks maintenance experience
• Good work ethic and reliable attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors and undertaking physical work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous local government experience is advantageous but not essential
• MR licence minimum required
