As a General Hand , you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing public spaces. Your day-to-day tasks may include:
- Ride-on mowing & tractor operation
- Whipper snipping & leaf blowing
- Pruning, weeding, hedging, mulching & waste removal
- Chainsaw use & spraying
- General landscaping and garden maintenance
? What We’re Looking For:
- Confident using hand gardening tools
- Comfortable with weed spraying techniques
- Strong communication skills
- Valid C Class Driver’s License
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening
- Clean police clearance
? Desirable Skills & Tickets:
- Horticulture or Conservation Land Management certification
- Chainsaw & spray tickets
- Tractor/slasher & ride-on mower experience
- MR/HR licence
