ChoiceOne is currently seeking experienced Painter Blasters for multiple positions across Perth, Henderson, and remote DIDO / FIFO locations. These roles offer a fantastic opportunity to work in high-quality facilities or out on site in the mining and heavy industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Spray painting large surface items such as trucks, transport equipment, and vessels.
- Sandblasting to specification and preparing surfaces to high standards.
- Mixing and matching paints (including 2-pack paints) accurately.
- Following detailed instructions and job documentation.
- Maintaining accurate job records and timekeeping.
- Promoting and adhering to a safety-first workplace culture.
- Trade-qualified Spray Painter with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Demonstrated experience with large surface areas and structural steel
- Solid understanding of painting techniques and surface preparation
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Positive attitude, patience, and commitment to quality
Highly Desirable:
- Current Forklift ticket (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience operating overhead cranes
- Background in the automotive industry
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Valid National Police Clearance (within the last 6 months)
