ChoiceOne is recruiting two Paediatric Occupational Therapists on behalf of a leading NDIS provider in WA. These roles offer flexibility to focus purely on paediatrics or a blended caseload with adults, depending on your strengths and interests.
You'll work across home, school, and clinic settings , supporting children aged 4–18 years in achieving meaningful developmental and daily life goals.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy tailored to each child’s goals and environment
- Work collaboratively with families, educators, and support networks to ensure consistent, strengths-based outcomes
- Develop practical, hands-on resources to empower families between sessions
- Manage your own caseload while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team of 15+ OTs, supported by a Senior OT
- Contribute to shared knowledge, innovation, and growth across the team
- Competitive salary: $90K–$110K + super , based on experience
- Comprehensive induction , including shadowing with senior OTs, physiotherapists, and speech pathologists
- Weekly clinical supervision , plus ad hoc support when needed
- Opportunities to receive ongoing feedback and coaching
- Regular team meetings with OTs and broader allied health team
- PD allowance up to $1,000/year (pro rata for part-time)
- Travel allowance of $1/km
- Flexible working arrangements (full-time or part-time)
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Minimum 1 year of paediatric experience
- Valid WA Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (for school and home visits)
- Must have unlimited working rights in Australia
- Familiarity with the NDIS framework
- Experience in home, school, or community-based therapy delivery
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
- Ability to manage a blended caseload if required
