Executive Operations & Strategy Leader About the Role:
We are recruiting exclusively on behalf of our client for an experienced, strategic, and operational leader . This executive role will provide oversight of operations, financial performance, compliance, people development, and business growth. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape organisational strategy, lead change initiatives, and embed a strong, values-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead operational and strategic initiatives to achieve business and financial targets.

  • Develop and implement processes, policies, and performance controls aligned with organisational objectives.

  • Participate in short-term and long-term planning, providing actionable insights to the Managing Director.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory, quality (ISO9001), and governance standards.

  • Work with HR to drive people development, mentorship, succession planning, and performance management.

  • Oversee financial approvals, resource management, and external partnerships.

  • Critically assess business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement change initiatives.

  • Act as an active member of the Leadership Group, promoting organisational values and culture.

  • Occasional travel to other locations as required.

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Proven executive leadership and people management skills.

  • Strong business management, operational improvement, and strategic planning expertise.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess performance metrics and implement corrective action.

  • Experienced in leading successful organisational change initiatives.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration and culture alignment.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Health, Business, or related discipline; post-graduate qualifications preferred.
