About the Opportunity
An excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse with experience in occupational health and a strong interest in clinical governance. Based in Perth, this role combines hands on clinical tasks with responsibilities in auditing, policy development, and service improvement. You’ll support compliance with poisons permits, vaccination programmes, and emergency medical systems, while contributing to the development of high-quality clinical standards. Ideal for a registered immuniser with strong organisational and communication skills, this role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a meaningful impact across diverse workplace settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of clinical governance projects and poison permit management
- Coordinate onsite services: vaccinations, drug & alcohol testing, pathology collection
- Oversee stock control, vaccine management, and compliance with Poisons Permit regulations
- Develop and maintain quality-assurance documentation, policies and procedures
- Support Medical Emergency Services coordination and response documentation
- Assist with client proposals, service delivery reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (AHPRA registered) with immunisation certification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in occupational health nursing, including immunisation
- Demonstrated project management skills and clinical governance understanding
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working independently and liaising at senior levels
- Desirable: 5+ years’ experience in a similar role and familiarity with clinical systems
