Working within the Health and Care area at ChoiceOne you will demonstrate your hands on capabilities to promote and continue to grow opportunities within th ese specialist Sector s . Your ability to liaise and negotiate with clients and employees alike is an exciting proposition along with working collaboratively with your team members.
The role requires reliance on;
- Your previous experience working as either a Nurse or you are an Industry experienced professional.
- Your recruitment experience and knowledge of the Health and Care industr ies .
- Your high self-motivation and previous successes building and leading a team of likeminded team members.
- Your excellent client development and management experience .
- Your impeccable clinical knowledge .
- Your calmness in the operational battlefield but with your sense of humour resonating .
- Your highly effective communication skills and the desire to work along side our other divisional Leaders .
- The ability to lead, develop and your team supporting a strong client base.
- Opportunity to work with a wide and diverse range of clients including hospitals, disability, Government and aged care facilities.
