The Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified medical professional to join our clients team in a predominantly administrative and compliance-focused role.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured clinical governance work, compliance oversight and stakeholder engagement within the occupational health and mining sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight and management of Poison Permits
- Reviewing medication administration documentation for site compliance
- Ordering and stock control of medications and vaccinations
- Supporting onsite and remote clinical audits
- Clinical governance projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Policy and procedure development and maintenance
- Supporting onsite services including vaccinations and drug & alcohol testing
- Client liaison and reporting
- Occasional site visits to support clients
About You
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in occupational health or similar environment
- Strong clinical reasoning skills
- Experience in compliance, governance or project-based clinical work
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
- Ability to work autonomously
