What You’ll Be Doing:
Your day starts at 6:30am at the local depot, where your team will review the day’s schedule. You’ll head out in Council vehicles, fully equipped with high-quality tools and gear, maintaining and enhancing public spaces.
Duties may include:
- Mowing (ride-ons), edging, and hedging
- Pruning, trimming, whipper snipping, and blowing
- Litter collection and waste services
- Spraying and basic irrigation tasks
- Tree maintenance and natural area management
What You’ll Need:
- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screen
- National Police Clearance (issued within the last 3–6 months)
- C Class Drivers Licence (minimum) and White Card
- Appropriate PPE (Steel cap boots, long hi-vis shirt, long pants)
- Experience on ride-on mowers
