About the Role:
- Handle incoming phone calls and promptly respond to email enquiries professionally.
- Greet patients and visitors at reception and manage check-ins.
- Schedule appointments and manage daily calendars for medical specialists.
- Prepare and print paperwork, obtaining medical imaging reports and referral documents.
- Communicate effectively with insurers, lawyers, and employers to obtain patient documentation.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming , follow opening and closing procedures, and assist with general office upkeep
- Preparing the doctors consultation rooms ahead of appointments.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ experience in a medical or legal reception/admin role.
- Clear and confident phone manner and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a busy workload and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Experience with a medical records system is highly regarded.
- High standard of personal presentation and demonstrates a strong work ethic.
- Amazing hourly rate between $40-$43/hour + superannuation.
