Key Responsibilities

Manage clinic operations including appointment preparation, surgical bookings, patient check-in/out, test results, follow-ups, invoicing, and payments

Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy

Schedule appointments across multiple locations and specialties

Maintain accurate patient records and manage correspondence, documents, and administrative tasks

Support a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth clinic operations
What We’re Looking For

Excellent written and verbal communication with a warm, professional phone manner

Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing tasks

High computer literacy; proficiency in Genie or other patient management software preferred

Proactive, reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to continuous improvement
Preferred Experience

Previous experience in a medical or specialist setting

Familiarity with supporting surgeons, specialists, or physiotherapists

Knowledge of medical terminology and clinic workflows
