Our client, a well-established specialist clinic based in Armadale , is seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Secretary to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule patient appointments and follow-ups
- Liaise with hospitals and coordinate theatre lists and surgical bookings
- Handle phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries with professionalism
- Process medical billings accurately, including private health insurance claims
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Surgeon, anticipating needs and managing time effectively
About You:
- Proven experience as a Medical Secretary, ideally within a specialist or surgical setting
- Proficient in Genie or Gentu
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to manage both administrative and clinical components of a busy medical practice
- Pay rates between $40-$42/hour + Superannuation
- Full time Permanent role
