We have a range of permanent and temporary roles throughout Perth . We are seeking passionate individuals who can provide exceptional front of office patient care.
You will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting patients in a professional and friendly manner
- General administration duties
- Answering and handling phone calls
- Invoicing and processing payments
- Managing patient files
- Handling enquiries about scheduling appointments
- General housekeeping duties
Your noteworthy skills and experience include:
- Your recent experience as a medical receptionist
- Your experience on either Best practice or Genie software
- Your noted empathetic, and customer service style
- You have amazing Organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Commendable multitasking skills
- Your ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
