Located in the heart of Perth CBD, our client, a leading occupational health service provider is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Medical Booking Administrator . An immediate start is available for the right candidate who brings a positive, can-do attitude.
About the role:
In this role, you will manage end-to-end pre-appointment processes across partner clinic locations. This includes coordinating bookings, rescheduling appointments, and maintaining strong working relationships within the partner clinic network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and management of medical inbox
- Manage all new and scheduled bookings for appointments
- Manage booking network (source new clinics and maintain relationships with existing clinics)
- Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to provide updates and resolve booking requirements
- Managing multiple CRM systems to ensure updated information available for all stakeholders
- Support administrative team members as and when required
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or bookings role
- Experience within an occupational health environment is desirable but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
- Confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Well-organised, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday
- Competitive salary - $73,000k per annum + Super
