About the Role
ChoiceOne is currently seeking a highly driven and ambitious recruitment professional with agency experience to join the Mining, Engineering and Trades team who is able to lead, drive and promote this well-established business unit.
Working within the mining, heavy industrial, workshop and manufacturing areas you will demonstrate your hands on capabilities to promote and continue to grow opportunities within th ese specialist s ector s . Your ability to create new opportunities, liaise and negotiate with clients and employees alike , lead a safety culture, whilst facilitating team cohesion is highly valued.
The role requires reliance on;
- Your previous experience leading a dedicated recruitment team.
- Your recruitment experience and knowledge of the mining and/ or local heavy industrial industries .
- Your high self-motivation and previous successes building and leading a team of likeminded team members.
- Your excellent business and client development acumen.
- Your calmness in the operational battlefield but with your sense of humour resonating .
- Your highly effective communication skills and the desire to work along side our other divisional Leaders .
- The ability to lead and develop y our team supporting a strong client base.
