Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for driving maintenance performance, safety, and production efficiency? We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and develop our maintenance team in a dynamic, high-volume manufacturing environment.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and upgrade of all plant and equipment. You will play a key role in supporting Safety, Quality, OEE, and TPM programs, as well as leading engineering projects and managing contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead safety and quality initiatives across maintenance operations
- Drive condition-based and preventive maintenance schedules
- Manage contractor compliance, costs, and risk assessments
- Oversee equipment design changes and improvement projects
- Monitor and improve production performance through engineering solutions
- Maintain critical spares inventory and raise POs in SAP
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to your team
What You’ll Bring:
? Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Electrical/Mechatronics desirable)
? Minimum 5 years' leadership experience in a 24/7 manufacturing maintenance environment
? Strong knowledge of TPM, RCA, and OEE
? Familiarity with MEX or SAP systems (preferred)
? Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills
? Safety-first mindset with a track record in process improvement
