About the Opportunity
Are you looking for your next coastal getaway or a highly rewarding regional block? We are partnering with a leading diagnostic medical imaging provider to source an independent, highly skilled MRI Radiographer for an upcoming locum block on the beautiful South Coast of NSW.
This role is ideal for a self-sufficient clinician who thrives on autonomy, enjoys premium rates and wants to make a meaningful impact in a community focused clinic environment.
The Role & Workflow
- The Setup: Operating a Philips 1.5T MRI system.
- The List: A typical weekday covers approximately 16 MRI scans, including 4–5 contrast studies per day.
- The Schedule: Contrasts are performed Monday to Thursday (enjoy contrast-free Fridays!).
- Clinical Autonomy: There is no regular clinic assistant on site, so a proactive, end-to-end approach to patient care is essential.
Requirements
- Independent proficiency in MRI
- Solid experience with daily contrasts and strong cannulation skills.
- Exceptional patient-centred care, professionalism and clinical empathy.
