Team Leader Irrigation
Join a leading local government and take the next step in your irrigation career. We are seeking an experienced Team Leader Irrigation to oversee a dedicated crew responsible for maintaining and improving irrigation systems across parks, reserves, streetscapes and public open spaces.
This hands-on leadership role will see you coordinating daily maintenance activities, programming and troubleshooting automated irrigation systems, supervising staff, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

- Lead and supervise the irrigation team in daily operations
- Program, maintain and repair automated irrigation systems
- Assist with irrigation planning, asset management and maintenance programs
- Monitor water usage and system performance
- Ensure compliance with WHS and traffic management requirements
- Provide training, support and guidance to team members
- Strong experience in irrigation design, installation, maintenance and fault finding
- Previous experience leading or supervising staff
- Knowledge of turf and horticultural maintenance practices
- Current WA C Class Driver's Licence
- White Card
