Our local councils are seeking several Irrigation Maintainers to join their team for works conducted across the Perth Metro area (North & South of the River)
These roles will require individuals to provide efficient, high quality maintenance services with various existing reticulation systems and ensure watering programs are maintained. You will also be required to assist in the modification or installation of irrigation projects.
Key Duties:
- Monitor and maintain existing reticulation systems
- Ensure watering programs are maintained
- Repair and replace as necessary; solenoids, minor pipe work, sprinklers and other parts relating to the reticulation systems
- Assist irrigation teams with various projects
- Complete irrigation status report sheets as directed
- Work independently within team environment
- Working knowledge of irrigation design and maintenance, garden design and maintenance, turf preparation and maintenance
- Able to work independently and have strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate hand held technology
