They service a wide range of industries such as mining, manufacturing, defence, agriculture, construction and waste and recycling.
Our client is looking for a highly capable and customer focused Internal Sales and Customer Service Representative who thrives in fast paced environments to join the team, located in Perth's Eastern suburbs .
Main responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, order status updates, and after-sales support via face-to-face, phone and email.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable product options by accurately interpreting their specifications.
- Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and pricing guidelines and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Process sales orders accurately ensuring all details are correct.
- Coordinate stock enquiries and collaborate with the branch and workshop team.
- Actively participate in product training sessions as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You’re a proactive team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Industry relevant experience (preferably in hydraulics or mining).
- Experience delivering customer service and generating quotes in an industrial, mechanical or technical environment.
- The ability to perform in a fast paced environment with constantly changing priorities.
- A valid WA Drivers Licence.
- A willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical and obtain a national police check.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office suite with ability to manage day-to-day tasks efficiently
- Immediate start available for the right candidate
- Competitive hourly rate - $40-$42 per hour + super
