ChoiceOne are seeking experienced and reliable Truck Drivers to join the Waste and Fleet Division, working with a local council north of the river. This is a hands-on role with variety, responsibility, and the potential to go permanent.
About the Role:- Open and manage recycling centres for public access
- Transport full bins from recycling facilities to landfill sites
- Oversee day-to-day recycling centre operations
- Conduct cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment
- Service and replace council bins across public areas
- Complete timesheets, inspection reports, and vehicle logbooks
- Report faults, defects, and maintenance requirements
- HR driver’s licence and reliable transport
- White Card
- Experience operating Road Ranger gearboxes
- Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening
