They are seeking an experienced HR / Senior HR Officer to lead HR initiatives, support staff development, and ensure compliance across the organisation. The Role:
Reporting to the Program Lead, this role is critical in building a skilled, engaged, and empowered workforce. Working closely with managers and external HR consultants, you will manage all aspects of HR, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Compliance.
This role offers flexible part-time or full-time arrangements. Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for Service Team Leaders, therapists, support workers, and administrative staff, and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent

Manage onboarding and training , ensuring alignment with NDIS policies and procedures

Implement performance management processes, provide coaching, and support staff to achieve their goals
 -  
Maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with employment law, and monitor mandatory certifications and training
 -  
Support employee relations, engagement, and workplace culture initiatives
 -  
Assist management with workforce planning, analysis, and reporting
 -  
Oversee payroll, benefits programs, and employee wellbeing initiatives

Minimum two years’ HR experience (HR or Senior HR), preferably in a service-based or NDIS environment
 -  
Strong knowledge of modern awards, national employment standards, and employee entitlements
 -  
Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
 -  
Professional, c ustomer-service focused approach, able to build strong relationships across all levels
 - Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities
 -  
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
 - NDIS Worker Screening Check (Essential)
